The 3rd PAC Meeting
The 3rd PAC meeting was held on August 27 , 2006 at Central Samui Beach Resort. All ten PAC members participated in the meeting including
- Koh Samui District Chief Officer,
- Clerk of Municipality of Samui Island,
- President of the Tourism Association of Samui Island,
- Dr. Soontorn Boonyatikarn
- Representative from Municipality of Samui Island,
- Representative from Provincial Electricity Authority of Thailand (PEA),
- Representative from Provincial Waterworks Authority of Thailand (PWA),
- Representative from Office of Natural Resources and Environmental Policy and Planning (ONEP)
- Representative from PTT Plc,
- Project Director, Mr. Kecha Thirakomen.

การประชุมคณะกรรมการที่ปรึกษาโครงการ
ครั้งที่ 3
โครงการฯ ได้จัดการประชุม คณะกรรมการที่ปรึกษาโครงการครั้งที่ 2 เมื่อวันที่ 27 สิงหาคม 2549 ที่โรงแรม เซ็นทรัล สมุย บีช รีสอร์ท โดยมีคณะกรรมการที่ปรึกษาโครงการทั้ง 10 ท่าน เข้าร่วมการประชุม ประกอบด้วย
- นายอำเภอเกาะสมุย
- ปลัดเทศบาลตำบลเกาะสมุย
- นายกสมาคมท่องเที่ยวเกาะสมุย
- ดร. สุนทร บุญญาธิการ
- ตัวแทนจาก เทศบาลตำบลเกาะสมุย
- ตัวแทนจากการไฟฟ้าส่วนภูมิภาค
- ตัวแทนจากการประปาส่วนภูมิภาค
- ตัวแทนจากบริษัท ปตท จำกัด (มหาชน)
- ตัวแทนจากสำนักงานนโยบายและแผนทรัพยากรธรรมชาติและสิ่งแวดล้อม
